A list of questions and answers relating to order, shipping and refund.

Yes, we can ship all over the world, however some products are limited to specific countries.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Orders going to the United States will likely be delivered by USPS. Overseas orders will be be delivered by local couriers.

You are able to edit your address yourself on the Order Status page provided in your Order Confirmation email after purchase.

You can also reach out to support@otaku.shop, who is only available between 9AM - 5PM EST Monday thru Friday (with some exceptions).

Once an order has been fulfilled with a tracking number provided via Shipping Confirmation email, we are unable to edit your order any further. It's highly encouraged that you make edits yourself, or reach out ASAP if you experience any issues on your end.

It depends on where you are located.

Orders going to the United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive after fulfillment. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

For Pre-Order items, shipping will occur after production is completed using your preferred method.

We will be providing updates throughout the production and shipping process. Follow our socials, Discord, or contact us for updates regarding your Pre-Order.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please reach out to the local courier on the tracking link provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct, and your building can receive packages properly.

If your product arrives defective in any way, please reach out to support@otaku.shop for immediate assistance. We allow up to 30 days after delivery to contact us with any issues.

In most cases, we will offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your photos and explanation.

With the exception of Apparel, all sales are final upon fulfillment.

For Apparel, we will accept returns & exchanges based on two conditions.

  1. The product arrived either defective or you received an incorrect size.
  2. You still have the original packaging with barcode (very important).

Our warehouse processes received returns at the end of each week. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will either refund or ship your replacement accordingly.
